Shipping & Returns
At Be4 Tomorrow 2Day, we want your experience to feel as calm and reassuring as the binder itself. Here is how shipping and returns work.
Order processing
Each order is packed and shipped by us with care. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Orders ship from Indiana.
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order is prepared.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you always see the exact rate before you pay.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or it arrives damaged, please email us at info@be4tomorrow2day.com and we will make it right.
Returns
Because the binder is a personal organizing tool, we ask that returns be for binders that are unused and unwritten in, in their original condition.
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email info@be4tomorrow2day.com with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned binder, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your binder arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
